Answer
The answer is YES I am more comfortable with established infrastructure than an under-established one. Infrastructure are the basic systems that determine or play a pivotal role in the structure of economy. Examples being telecommunication networks, transportation facilities and even developed water works. As it is always known to many that the economy needs reliable well established infrastructure to connect well established supply chains and effective transit of goods and services across different geographical locations thus increases the volume of trade as opposed to an under-established infrastructure where all these mentioned are very difficult to meet. Another benefit of an established infrastructure is that there is ease of movement of human resource to help mitigate on the human resource crisis that has been witnessed in various companies of late, consequently it helps in creation of job opportunities since there will be more ventures and more investments in businesses that will need employees as opposed to the case in an under-established where there is crisis in the locomotion of human resource. In addition, established infrastructure assures both the external and internal investors of profits since there will be a large volume for business, not to forget that with established infrastructure in our nation, we are assured of large numbers of tourists who may want to have glances of towers and even skyscrapers. Again an established infrastructure covers up to development of ICT thus making the world a global village thus wider range of markets are available as opposed to where the market is limited to a specific geographical location that reduces the market volume of products hence decrease in the volume of trade.
