There are other keys to move to the left or right of an active cell. Press the Tab key to move to a cell to the right. And press Shift + Tab keys to move to a cell to the left.
The steps for creating the table and inserting data are as follows:
Click the Insert tab from the ribbon.
Click the Table button from the options.
Select the number of rows and columns required for the table.
The table structure will appear in the document.
After the table is created, insert data into the table.
Click on the cell in which data should be entered.
