There are three branches of Country U government, namely the judicial, the legislative, and the executive. They provide the legal framework for human resources or workers. Equal employment opportunity provides equal opportunity to workers concerning employment at the workplace.

The judiciary branch holds court hearings to listen to both sides of the parties involved. This branch interprets the law and announces the conclusion based on the law and facts presented in the court. They provide justice to the aggrieved party, and both parties are required to abide by the given decision as per the law.
