5. Assignment Writing Service Terms
5.1. Delivery of Orders
All completed essays, papers, and assignments will be delivered to your dashboard and can be downloaded without further verification. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information is up to date and your password is not shared.
5.2. Revisions Policy
You may request revisions within 7 days of receiving your completed order. After this period, no revisions will be accepted unless for an additional fee.
- Revisions that involve partial or complete changes to the original instructions will not be accepted if the paper is at least 50% completed. Any such changes must be made before reaching this stage of writing. The completion status is based on the word count.
- A request for revision will be deemed invalid if the requirements or changes requested were not mentioned or expected in the initial paper, based on the instructions submitted with the order.
- Any request made after the file has been submitted to your institution will be considered invalid. We expect our customers to review the paper and request any changes before submitting it to their professors. Further editing after submitting will attract an additional cost.
5.3. Refunds
Refunds are only allowed within 14 days after order delivery. A refund will only be issued for “significant quality issues”, evidenced and submitted to the quality team for review within 24 hours of the refund request.
- What constitutes a “significant quality issue?” We define this as: failure to follow the original instructions, poor grammar or spelling that makes the paper unreadable, or factual errors. You must provide specific examples and evidence of these issues for your refund request to be considered.
- You can ask for a full refund if your paper is proven to be plagiarized. You must provide a valid Turnitin report as proof that the paper was submitted by the writer in that state.
- No refunds for already submitted and graded papers. To protect our writers and prevent abuse of the refund policy, no refunds can be processed for papers that have already been submitted to an academic institution or graded.
- A refund cannot be processed if the customer had already accepted the order on their dashboard.
5.4. Plagiarism and AI Content Checks
We use Turnitin as our primary tool for plagiarism and AI content detection.
- We use Turnitin as our primary tool for plagiarism and AI content detection. If you have a different AI detector that you’d like us to use, you must specify this when placing your order and provide us with access to it if needed. Please note that once the paper has been delivered, we can only consider requests for revisions or refunds based on AI or similarity reports generated by Turnitin. We will not accept reports from any other software.
- A refund based on plagiarism will only be considered if the Turnitin report you provide (or which we generate on our end) shows a score above the acceptable institutional standard (typically above 25%). We will also review the report to ensure the flagged content is not common phrases, sentences either required in a template, case study content, or properly cited references.
- A refund based on AI: We use Turnitin as our primary tool for plagiarism and AI content detection. While we aim for a 0% AI score on all papers, some may receive a “*” on the Turnitin report. This score indicates that the flagged content is less than 20%, which is typically a false positive and does not constitute a violation of our policy. A refund based on AI content will only be considered if the Turnitin report shows a score above 20%. If your paper receives a “*” score, you have two choices: accept the paper as delivered, or request a full refund and cancel the order. If you choose to dispute a “*” score, you must do so within 7 days of delivery. After this period, the paper is considered accepted, and no further complaints about the AI score will be considered.
6. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
6.1. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Course Pivot, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, suit, or proceeding brought by a third party arising from your use of the Services, including any violations of these Terms.
7. Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CoursePivot regarding the use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
