(“Course Pivot,” “we,” or “us”).

User: Refers to anyone who accesses or registers for our Services, including students, instructors, or other users.

Instructor: Refers to experts, tutors, or anyone who provides answers, courses, or tutoring through our Services.

Please note that these Terms contain provisions governing how claims between you and Course Pivot can be brought, including binding arbitration and class action waiver clauses.

2. Will These Terms Ever Change?

We constantly strive to improve our Services, so these Terms may need to be updated. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will notify you by posting a notice on the website or by sending you an email.

If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Services. Continued use after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

No other modification or amendment to these Terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and us.

3. Privacy Policy

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13. 4. Basics of Using CoursePivot.com

Registration and Security

To use some parts of the Services, you may be required to create an account and choose a user ID and password (“Course Pivot User ID”). You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information for registration.

You agree not to:

  • Use another person’s name or impersonate someone else.
  • Create more than one account.
  • Transfer your account to anyone else without prior written permission from us.

By accessing the Services, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Permitted Use

You agree to use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Prohibited Activities Include:

  • Reselling the Services or any content obtained through the Services.

However, by submitting content, you grant Course Pivot a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display your Submissions in connection with the Services.

Your Responsibilities for Submissions:

  • Your Submissions are not confidential or private.
  • You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your Submissions.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or modify any content submitted to the Services.

Content Ownership by Course Pivot

Course Pivot owns all rights to the Services, including the design, features, and content. You may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Services without our express permission.

6. Plagiarism and AI Content Policy

When you submit your order for completion by our writers, you agree that our team will check for plagiarism and AI-generated content using Turnitin. No other AI detector will be used in disputes regarding plagiarism or AI content claims.

7. Access to Tutors and Expert Services

Our Services may include access to tutors or experts who provide instructional materials, answers, or tutoring. Tutors are independent contractors and not employees of Course Pivot. We facilitate the transaction between you and the Tutor but are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or completeness of the answers provided.

8. Connectivity Costs and Equipment

You are responsible for all internet, data, and service fees associated with accessing the Services. You are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining the equipment required to access the Services.

9. Termination and Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease, and you will not be entitled to any refunds or credits.

10. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Binding Arbitration

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Course Pivot regarding the use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Provisions

  • Delivery of Orders: All completed essays, papers, and assignments will be delivered to the email address registered on your Coursepivot.com account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information is up to date.
  • Revisions Policy:
    • You may request revisions within 7 days of receiving your completed order. After this period, no revisions will be accepted.
    • Revisions that involve partial or complete changes to the original instructions will not be accepted if the paper is at least 50% completed. Any such changes must be made before reaching this stage of the process.
  • Refunds:
    • No refunds will be issued for orders delivered more than 14 days ago without a complaint or revision request.
    • Refunds are not available for payments made via direct deposit. Refund requests are only valid for payments processed directly through the order form for specific orders.
  • Plagiarism and AI Content Checks: We only use Turnitin for plagiarism and AI content detection. In cases where Turnitin is unavailable, we may use Copyleaks as an alternative tool for checking for AI-generated content and similarity.

If we fail to enforce any part of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver of our rights.
