The organization behavior refers to the study of individual as well as a group behavior of people working in an organization. Managers can use this study to evaluate the impact of job structure, management and interaction and work environment on the employee performance.
Focus of organizational behavior is on the following two factors;
1.Individual behavior of employee like the attitude, motivation level, job commitment, and perception towards the management as well as organization.
2.Group behavior of different employees including their coordination, group performance and conflicts.
