Essay edit down in length and references

Hello, 
Could you please rewrite this essay by one of the writers to only include the 5 references that are highlighted at the end of the document? A maximum of 5 sources (and as many in-text citations with just those 5) and word count must be between 700-800 (not including the reference sheet at the end). Could you please rewrite/edit the essay to achieve these points?
