C: indication of the purpose/argument of your literature review is unclear, needs more support from sources; various sources should be better organized based on relevance; evaluative language needs improvement; citation format is not entirely correct; grammar needs substantial work
D: the purpose/argument of your literature review is not presented; needs more support from relevant sources; sources are discussed in isolation, without connection between sources; evaluative language is minimal and not effective; wrong citation format; grammar needs intensive work
