How can Cognitive Behaviour Therapy can reduce Binge eating disorder in teens?

This essay is for a qualitative research class, with the question I have provided write an essay with these instructions.  the tone needs to be professional but not that much. Apply qualitative research terminology. With that question I want to see how implementing a program in schools can lower the incidence of BED and therefore obesity. I would implement Cognitive behavioural therapy in schools in a period of 12 to 16 weeks to see if binge eating episodes have stopped. I want to collect the data via an app in the patients’ smatphones where they will answer surveys every day at the time of a eating episode, for example, how are thee feeling that day, who are they with and what they are doing. with this data collected for 12 to 16 weeks will see if patients have lowered their binge eating episodes to zero. also, if students encouter a triggring situation they keep a journal on how they have overcome it with the learned skills of CBT. I have read that some limitations of these is that under-resourced students who do not have smatphones will not get the full scope of the therapy also there is not so much evidence on young men. to address this, I would say create a Government campaign to reduce eating disorders and go to publc schools also so that some teens with BED dont feel left out. Also, I would like to implement this program in Panama, where there is high incidence eating disorders and obesity.
