International Business Reasearch paper – Switzerland

The paper should be a Word Document with a maximum of 6 pages text (Times-New Roman 12 point font, single-spaced, 1 inch margins all around), with each section labeled clearly, page numbers, and should include the following:

Title page (name of country analyzed, your name, course, and date)
Description of country (characteristics you consider to be important)
Description and analysis of the competitive market environment (factors that influence organizations’ leadership decisions related to marketing activities). Please choose a specific industry within your country and use Porter’s Five-Forces Model to analyze the industry’s intensity of rivalry.  At the national/country level of analysis, use Porter’s Diamond to analyze the country’s national competitive advantage.
Description and analysis of the non-market environment (important issues, interest groups, institutions, and how information is controlled and disseminated)
Important differences between target country and the United States (create a one-page executive summary containing what you would want your employees to know first about doing business in this country)
References (use American Psychological Association format)
An appendix may include original graphs and tables (both the Appendix as well as the References are not included in the 6-page text limit)
