Project Management – IT/Analytics Project Plan

A 15 to 20-page Project Plan is required, I am requesting 17 pages to provide a buffer, but am perfectly fine with 15 pages. Flexible on timing and budget! I would like this to be related to an IT software and reporting project, however. Ideally, re-working a custom sales commission application written in Microsoft SQL Server to handle a new plan designed and submitted by the business for the next fiscal year, with changes to account assignments, quotas, multipliers based on products sold – all for different regions (ie, countries) within the sales organization.  Plan should include business involvement and requirements, data they will maintain, as well as their involvement in testing. On the technical side, technical scoping and development including SQL Server stored procedures, tables, views, and permissions, in addition to Power BI report development, including view access permissions by user. Deliverables would include Requirements document, Completed database programming, Completed Report, and test plans with User Acceptance Testing results.However – if that is too specific to work into the framework provided, any similar software development project that includes database application work and report development would work. Like an extract, transform, load (ETL) project in a corporate data warehouse to support the extraction and consolidation of transactional data from a source system into a data warehouse to report on financial performance (contracts, invoices) or some other customer-based report and supporting information.Detailed requirements and syllabus also attached.
