Statistics and research methods

Hello,
I need to submit a scientific paper divided in two parts (1500 words each), but only the results and the discussion section with appendix and references (as it is written in the assignment brief enclosed) 
I have also enclosed what i have written so far and notes from my professor if its helpful.
Our university uses programs like SPSS or excel for statistics, please use either one of those in this assignment and include appropriate graphs.
