What would you want to teach members during the working stage about giving and receiving feedback?

I would want to teach the group that when giving feedback it is important that they are honest and sensitive to the person they are giving feedback to. I would teach them to give concise feedback that is clear and can be used in a useful way. I would encourage them to let others know how their behavior affects them and why they feel they should give the feedback. I would also make sure that when people are giving feedback they are doing it in a non-judgmental way.
